Pesto is absolutely delicious and can be made with all types of greens and cheeses. This recipe features Silverthorn’s nutritious basil and spinach pairing well with Caprini Creamery’s Chèvre- Chive.
1.5 cups Silverthorn basil
1 cup Silverthorn spinach
1/3 cup english walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves Silverthorn garlic
3 heaping Tbsps Caprini Creamery’s Chèvre- Chive
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
In a high powdered blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Taste and add more salt to bring out flavors if needed. Enjoy!
