4 Silverthorn kohlrabi bulbs
2 Silverthorn fennel bulbs
Gold Crop Nutrition sunflower oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Clean and cut kohlrabi into large cubes. Then clean and cut fennel into 1 inch slices.
Place veggies on a cooking sheet, drizzle generously with sunflower oil and sprinkle well with himalayan salt and pepper.
Roast in oven, stirring at midway point, until fennel starts to crisp and kohlrabi is tender but still has a slight crunch in the center, about 40 minutes.
